Cleaning & Sorting Machines
Clean grain is the foundation of good flour, semolina and grits. DPG cleaning and sorting machines remove stones, dust, straw, light impurities, surface dirt and husk before grain reaches the mill, and prepare it for conditioning.
A typical cleaning line runs from intake scalping (drum sieve, pre-cleaner) through size separation (vibro or rotary separator), density separation (destoner, gravity selector) and surface cleaning (scourer, emery roll) to conditioning (intensive dampener).

Conveying Machines & Accessories
Conveying and air systems connect every machine in a mill. DPG supplies mechanical conveyors for grain and bagged goods, pneumatic conveying for ground stocks, and the fans, filters and gates that keep air and product flowing.
Good conveying design keeps the plant clean, reduces product losses and makes later capacity upgrades easier.

Flour Milling & Processing Machines
The milling section turns clean, conditioned grain into flour, semolina, grits and other finished products. DPG supplies grinding machines (roller mill, stone mill, hammer and pin mill), separation machines (plansifter, gyro sifter, purifier) and finishing machines (bran finisher, entolator, impact detacher, dryers, micro feeder).
Machines can be supplied individually or engineered together as a complete roller flour mill, chakki atta, semolina, maize grit or besan plant.

How a Flour Mill Works, Step by Step
Every DPG machine has a place in this flow. Select a step to see the machines used there.
Step 01
Grain Receiving
Raw grain is unloaded, scalped and pre-cleaned before it goes into storage.
Step 02
Cleaning
Size, density and surface cleaning remove stones, dust, husk and damaged kernels.
Step 03
Conditioning
Water is added evenly and the grain rests so the bran toughens and the endosperm mellows.
Step 04
Milling
Roller mills or stone mills grind the grain step by step into flour, semolina or grits.
Step 05
Sifting
Plansifters, purifiers and finishers separate flour, semolina and bran by size and quality.
Step 06
Conveying
Pneumatic and mechanical conveyors move stocks between passages, with fans and filters handling the air.
Step 07
Packing
Finished flour is fortified if required, check-sifted and discharged from bins to packing.
