What is the Intensive Dampener?
The DPG Intensive Dampener is used in the conditioning section of a mill. It adds water to cleaned grain and mixes it intensively so that moisture is distributed evenly before the grain goes to tempering bins.
How it works
Grain and a metered water supply enter a horizontal tube where a high-speed paddle rotor mixes them. The intensive mixing spreads the water over every kernel before discharge.
