What is the Rotary Separator?
The DPG Rotary Separator consists of a sieve box enclosed in a steel housing, suspended on four sets of rods so that it swings freely. Rubber balls under the sieves keep the screens clean while the material is separated.
How it works
An eccentric drive gives the freely suspended sieve box a circular motion. Grain travels across the sieves, impurities are separated by size, and rubber balls bouncing beneath the screens prevent blinding.
