What is the Entolator?
The DPG Entolator is used in the milling process to minimise infestation in the product. It has a horizontal disc with vertical pins, assembled concentrically in a closed housing. As flour passes through the disc, which rotates at approximately 2500 rpm, the flour particles collide with the pins.
How it works
Product enters at the centre of the rotating pin disc and is flung outward against the pins and housing. The impact destroys insects and eggs, helping protect stored flour.
