What is the Bucket Elevator?

A bucket elevator is one of the most efficient ways to lift bulk materials vertically. The DPG Bucket Elevator has a series of buckets attached to a belt or chain, running over pulleys or sprockets at the top and bottom of the unit.

How it works

Buckets scoop material at the boot (bottom), carry it up the leg and discharge it at the head. Centrifugal discharge throws product out at speed; continuous discharge lets each bucket empty onto the back of the one ahead, which is gentler on the product.
