What is the Grain Pre-Cleaner?
The DPG Grain Pre-Cleaner handles the first cleaning step in grain-processing plants. It separates foreign particles such as stones, immature grains and other impurities from incoming grain before the grain is stored or processed, which protects every machine further down the line.
How it works
Grain is fed onto vibrating sieve decks that scalp out oversize material and let fine sand and dust fall through. An aspiration blower draws off light impurities and dust, which are collected in a separate cyclone.
