What is the Roller Mill?
The DPG Roller Mill grinds and crushes grain in cereal-processing plants. It is designed to produce flour and semolina from cleaned grain in flour and semolina mills. DPG offers two configurations.
How it works
Grain passes between a pair of rolls turning at different speeds. Fluted break rolls open the kernel and scrape endosperm from the bran; smooth reduction rolls grind middlings into flour. The gap between the rolls sets the grind.

Cast Iron Diagonal Roller Mill
Main body made of graded casting, diagonal configuration with rolls and helical gear. Rolls engaged and disengaged manually. Complete with gear, pulley, glass and 22315K bearing.
Automatic Horizontal Roller Mill
Horizontal configuration with rolls and feed roll, engaged and disengaged by pneumatic cylinder. Complete with gear and pulley. Feed roll direct drive through gear motor with timing belt, controlled by frequency drive. Wheat inlet controlled by high- and low-level sensors. High-speed bearing 22316K.
