What is the Vibro Separator?
The DPG Vibro Separator is used mainly for grain cleaning in the milling of wheat, durum wheat, maize (corn), rye, soybeans, oats, buckwheat, spelt, millet and rice, and in storage elevators. It separates coarse and fine impurities from the grain stream.
How it works
Vibration motors drive a sieve box with two sieve decks. The upper deck scalps coarse impurities, the lower deck removes sand and fine material, and the cleaned grain discharges at the end. It is commonly combined with an aspiration channel at the outlet.
